We carry high quality confectionery foils in a variety of colors and designs. These are colored/printed on one side and with a silver backing. Each foil is interleaved with tissue paper. The 500 packs are also separated with a cardboard between each 125 count. These foils aren't meant to be used with caramel as they will stick. However, we do offer packages of wax papers for caramels and taffies. Below is a size guide to help you choose the correct size foils for your project.
3" x 3" foils work nicely with small truffles and chocolate pieces.
4" x 4" foils fit the chocolate covered cherries as well as the larger truffles.
6" x 6" foils fit chocolate molded/dipped sandwich cookies as well as other larger pieces.
5 1/4" x 7 1/2" foils are used for your traditional size chocolate bar.
