Do you ship to my country?
	Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
	Orders will ship the same day before 2PM and next day for orders received after 2PM. Shipments will be delayed if there is an out of stock item arriving within 1-2 business days. (with your consent on back ordered items) We will add your shipping charges to the Product total. Again, we use Fed-Ex, UPS and USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post as shipping options. We choose the least expensive route, keeping your delivery time frame in mind.
